Does Shipping Include Tracking & Insurance?
International shipping is Via Australia Post and then the local carrier within your country. ALL items come WITH TRACKING & INSURANCE (international) & all items $25AUD+ come with tracking & Insurance (Australia)

Do you offer Returns/Exchanges?
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason I am happy to refund the full purchase price, MINUS SHIPPING (as long as the item is unworn and in new condition and returned within 30 days). If shipping is included in "purchase price" ie. Free Shipping, I reserve the right to deduct $5.00AUD shipping cost (Australia Only). (Return shipping is additionally at your own cost).
Contact me within 7 days of delivery date via the Etsy platform. I accept returns of items in original condition however, RETURNS are ONLY issued for purchases where reviews have NOT been left.
Please return the item well packaged so it arrives back safely. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE RETURNED DAMAGED, WORN OR IN OTHERWISE ALTERED CONDITION.
Duties & Taxes
Aussie Boho Princess follows regulations and states the true retail price on all Customs forms as required by law. Buyer is responsible for inquiring with their government if duty will be added. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when items are returned to us as 'undeliverable' due to unpaid duties by buyer. There are no refunds for shipping costs. If item is to be internationally shipped for a second time, shipping costs will be paid by buyer.
